We ship anywhere in Canada and the continental United States. If you would like to place an International order, please email us your information and items you would like to purchase to karen@designersheepskin.com so that we can let you know the shipping costs and times.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is either picked up, delivered to your residence or indirect delivery is made and or Logistics company obtains authorized release via signature, indirect delivery, release number and or release signature.
Orders are shipped DHL, Canada Post or FedEx Ground (7-14) business Days and US Residents (8-16) business days.
Designer Sheepskin reserves the right to use registered mail or alternate source for shipping in the event FedEx Ground does not service those areas and or charges an Extended Delivery Area (EDA) charge that is unreasonable.
All sales destined to Alaska are shipped registered mail.
Designer Sheepskin also offers DHL or FedEx 1st overnight, DHL or FedEx Priority overnight, and 2 Day service to all locations for an additional charge. We will provide you with an exact price. In order for us to provide you with an exact price you must first email us with the following information.
1.Destination City,Zip/Postal code,and State/Province
2.Preferred Shipping service
3.Product/style numbers with quantities
4.Contact number
When we receive this information we will give you an exact shipping charge valid for a period of 1 week.
We do not over charge shipments. We receive competitive shipping rates with DHL & FedEx and pass these rates on to our customers.
FREE PICK UP is available for all Calgary and surrounding area Residents. We have a central location where customers can try on our Mukluks/Slippers/Moccasins etc... for proper size, pay for and pick up their purchase in person (shipping will not be charged if you would prefer to order from this location).
This is a service we provide for free. Payments accepted with this service are: Debit, Credit card, Money Order, & Cash. Business hours for this service are listed below.

Sales Tax
Designer Sheepskin charges the Good's and Service Tax(GST) of 5% for merchandise and delivery charges ordered on this Website and when picked up at our central location. Designer Sheepskin does not charge provincial sales tax on products ordered on this web site by Canadian Residents.
Return Policy and How to return an Item: ATTENTION (Returns & Exchanges)
YOU MUST OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF AUTHORIZATION IS NOT GRANTED YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or refund. All refunds are charged a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
Sale merchandise is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items.

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes less 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Customs & Duty and Brokerage Fees / charges will not be refunded and are the resposibility of the Purchaser.
Return or exchange a Designer Sheepskin purchase by mail
Please include your packing slip and or return form.
On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form.
For returns, the original credit card will be credited whenever possible

Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form.
If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as DHL or FedEx. Designer Sheepskin is not responsible for packages not received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid;
we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees.
Returns mailed to Designer Sheepskin may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card holder or used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
